Why a fixed price?
There are several good reasons!
Like the Swiss real estate company Neho, we believe that first-class recruitment services can be delivered at a fair and transparent fixed fee. Ongoing digitalisation has made our work significantly more efficient: while personal meetings remain important, many of our clients today prefer the flexibility of video calls. At the same time, job advertisements can be published across multiple platforms with just a few clicks, while modern software solutions support us in creating high-quality presentation materials.
For us, however, technology is not the focus — people are. We treat every qualified candidate with respect and appreciation, regardless of their position or salary level. For this reason, we deliberately avoid commission-based models linked to compensation levels.
After all, our workload remains the same: posting vacancies on relevant premium job platforms and conducting a structured selection process requires the same level of effort for every assignment. Whether we are recruiting for an entry-level role or a senior executive position, neither the time commitment nor the operational costs increase in proportion to salary. This is why we consciously chose not to charge percentage-based recruitment fees.
Large Databases
A large database containing thousands of candidates accumulated over many years may sound impressive, but in practice it often offers limited added value. In our experience, career changes tend to be highly intentional: individuals who are dissatisfied with their current situation actively and purposefully search for a new opportunity. Qualified professionals generally secure suitable positions within a relatively short period of time.
Equally important, however, is the other side of the equation: satisfied employees rarely leave their positions lightly — and certainly not solely because of a slightly higher salary. Especially in environments shaped by personal trust and close working relationships, a strong sense of loyalty develops. Where respect, appreciation, and a positive working atmosphere are present, stability often outweighs the uncertainty of change.
The Fixed Fee
plus VAT for a full-time position
For our clients, our model represents a meaningful financial advantage. With a market-standard recruitment fee of approximately 20%, placing a housekeeper with an annual salary of CHF 70,000 would typically result in costs of around CHF 14,000. Under our fixed-fee model, you would save approximately CHF 5,000 in this scenario — without compromising on quality or service.
We also remain consistently cost-conscious when it comes to our initial engagement fee, always acting in the best interest of our clients: at CHF 590 plus VAT, we intentionally keep entry costs low and transparent. Should a successful placement occur and you decide to hire one of our candidates, this initial fee will, of course, be fully credited against the agreed fixed fee.
We look forward to working with you.
